The attitude of the security staff was unacceptable. I had just finished exercising and was passing by, intending to learn more about the environmental initiatives and take a short walk to enjoy the surroundings, as there is a designated recreation area. Regrettably, I was confronted by a hostile security guard. I don’t understand why simply passing through to take a look is not permitted！😡 Furthermore, they have now blocked off the recreation area with metal barriers. If this area is completely restricted, they might as well remove the public benches and tables entirely！！！！！

Major community recycle centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Can park private vehicles at the entrance for a short while dropping off stuffs for recycling.

The Sham Shui Po Community Green Station CGS) was opened on 15 December 2017. It is also the fifth CGS project commissioned in Hong Kong. It will hold environmental education programs and arrange regular collection services for recyclable items at various locations in Sham Shui Po District. Such recyclables include waste papers, waste plastic bottles, glass containers, rechargeable batteries, used electrical appliances, incandescent light bulbs, compact fluorescent lamp and fluorescent tubes.
