I've been going to this place for a year now and never had issues. My lashes had always lasted for 4 weeks and probably even longer but I always do a new set every month. I always do the natural set which I believe is 60/60 and I do the cat eye style. So I did a new set a little bit over 2 weeks ago and somehow, my lashes DID NOT stay on that well this time. It was my first time experiencing this with Lyla Lash so I was very surprised. I reached out to their Whatsapp, sent them photos, and staff was very nice to help me out with my situation. They had their senior lash tech do my lashes this time and it turned out soooo good! Even though my lashes didnt hold on so well this time around, I really appreciate how they handled this situation. I would still go back. The staff are always so nice. The place is always clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

They use to be good. But now they’re just overpriced with not amazing results. I firstly don’t think doing the style I asked for is going to take 2 hr 40 mins. I’ve been doing lashes for 10+ years and at this point it’s a skills issue. It took so long I started to count from the time she picked up a lash to putting it on took about 30 seconds. 😂 If the result turns out to be good then I probably wouldn’t be too annoyed. But it just turns out to be very very MEH. 1/10 on similarity I ask her to do. 3/10 on overall look. I don’t know what happened to this place but I guess it’s a pass for me now. Hopefully they try to bring their standard back up to par. Otherwise see u in another year again 😂

Best lash bar in Hong Kong! Atmosphere is so calming and staff are all so professional, particularly Rachel, Nisha, Vanessa! I have been going here for years and always leave with the prettiest lashes :))

Highly recommend Lyla Lash HK for brow services! Nisha at reception was so sweet and helped translate all my needs perfectly to my technician, Yanki. Yanki is super flexible and offers microblading, microshading, or a combo depending on what you want. She did an incredible job. My brows look natural but dark (just how I wanted!), and they perfectly suit my face while filling in all the sparse areas. They have a great discount going on right now too. I’ll be coming back for my touch-up in 6 weeks. 100% worth it!

I had an excellent experience with Vina. Before starting my treatment, the staff took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the process and felt comfortable. They listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I got exactly the look I was aiming for. The professionalism and attention to detail truly impressed me. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and personalized care. I will definitely be coming back!
