My back was in pain as the muscle was so tensed. I recall there is massage shop in TST and gave it a try. The experience was really lovely . You got multiple choices of massage oil to choose from. It was great and I joined their massage package right away. Recommended.

I had a wonderful experience here. The massage was excellent and very relaxing, and the space is clean and comfortable. Ling at the reception is always attentive and thoughtful—she takes great care of every guest and ensures everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

TLDR: terrible experience and business dishonesty Booked: 45-min Full Thai Massage + 15-min Shoulder & Neck + Ginger Compress + 15-min Ear Candling (total ~75 min paid). After only ~60 min, the therapist ended the session early. Issue: The Full Thai already includes head & some shoulder/neck work. They combined it with the add-ons, so the extra 15-min shoulder/neck AND 15-min ear candling (head) were not fully delivered separately — effectively shortchanging me ~15min of paid service. Staff were polite when we complained, but this feels like deliberate “clock-eating” that relies on customers not noticing. Very disappointed. Lost all trust in the shop’s honesty. Will not return and cannot recommend unless you watch every minute closely. Please stops this practice unless you think this could bring you customers

I will be back!!! 1. Finally a store that looked just as pretty as its pictures! Most pictures of businesses are quite deceiving in HK as it wants to attract customers. 2. It was so clean and welcoming inside. They provide a change of pants so if you’re wearing leggings or pant you won’t have to worry. The slippers were really comfy too. 3. They have good specials and packages that you can purchase for a bigger discount. We got a 100 minute leg package (including a 15m head&shoulder + 45m feet massage + 40m healing foot sauna) for $388 HKD ($49.48 USD) each, which is reasonable IMO. 4. The foot massage was very good (a bit painful as it’s the drainage massage and my legs were swollen from traveling) but it helped so much!!! I would go right after you arrive in HK! 5. The service was impeccable. Maybe because I was there during the work day but the service at the front desk was great and the staffs were very attentive. Whether I needed a box to put my stuff in it or if I needed more hot tea, they were one step ahead. 6. Ambience - I really enjoyed my time there and I will definitely be back!
