Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Chatting among themselves and standing there while customer looking for help. Spoke in bad tone. Luckily the marathon at Shatin New town plaza was vastly different. These people or manager ought to learn something about their other stores

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The sales staff provided extremely poor service. After trying on some shoes, I found that they didn't fit properly. Instead of helping me or offering assistance, I overheard them making rude comments about customers behind their backs. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and really ruined my shopping experience. I won't be returning.

Grace was amazing, I brought my mother in to buy some comfortable supportive sneakers, she gave us lots of options, helped my mother on with her shoes and laces and guided us with our choices. She was patient and friendly and I really hope your company notices her exceptional service . Thank you again Grace
