Maans Floral is a florist and gift shop in Kwun Tong, at 九龍觀塘興業街15號中美中心A座13樓1303室. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. This is an upstairs shop: the way in is usually through the building lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

Shops in Hong Kong keep long hours, many until 21:00 or 22:00, and mall shops usually open around 10:00. Keep your receipt: returns and exchanges are generally at the shop's own discretion, so ask before you buy, and for electronics check whether the item is a local-warranty model. If a dispute arises, the Consumer Council can advise or take a complaint. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and graduation season are the busiest times for florists, so order a few days ahead and confirm the delivery time.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 13:00–20:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 5271 0622; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp. More information is on its website, maansfloral.com.

It has a Google rating of 5.0 out of 5 from 16 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.
