Do not buy sealed products here. The Gem 4 box I bought was absolutely a resealed product. I noticed it as I was walking out the door that it had all the red flags, but they wouldn’t take it back. So I said screw it and opened it. Not one single hit in 18 packs. All their singles are curled to oblivion. I just wanted a keepsake from my trip to Hong Kong and ended up with a ton of bulk. This felt like a legitimate store since it was in the mall, but disappointed to find out they’re scammers. EDIT: (based on the reply) There are actual pull rates listed on the back of the box. Each box effectively has a guaranteed hit. And there are several highly sought after cards in GemPack4. Plenty enough to open, scan packs for hits and reseal the garbage packs. You are either lying through your teeth or you don’t know what you’re getting from your vendor sources and selling in your store. And the humidity issue IS a problem. Not something to be blown over. Can it be fixed? Probably, but your store should be better climate controlled. Or you should sell your cards at a discount because in the state they’re being sold in, they are not NM. They’re damaged and require restoration to be made NM

Good location and have some interesting exclusives. However the male staff were very unhelpful so took my business to another card shop nearby and had a much better experience.
