I am really really sad right now. Why is the only thing they serve SINGULAR hashbrowns. I love globalization and being creative with foods but McDonald’s is known for their fries and burgers and they don’t serve a single fry. Even during the breakfast and morning hours they should be serving fries this is not okay how am I supposed to survive.

Don’t leave your food unattended literally left 1 minute to order another round of food and left my full fries and drink on the table with my bag. They cleared the entire tray and threw it away. I complaint about it and did nothing. Not only that they got my second order wrong as well :)

My husband and I enjoyed dining here, as a familiar fast food to both of us. I love their milk tea for its authentic Hong Kong tea taste. And because milk tea isn’t available at all McDonald’s branches outside of HK. I also like how fresh their butter is. It doesn’t turn into liquid even at room temperature.

This outlet was quite packed with diners and take away people on a weekday. The place is cramped as people wait for their numbers to be called. perhaps there is a way to make some headway to ease things up.

Worst Mac! Too much unclean tables and plates on table.. hence you can't sit anywhere. Too much rubbish & Unhygienic! Seen this rubbish around couple times! Sloppy management. One Solution : To avoid rubbish left on tables, All customer must take their plates from their tables and clear/leave in rubbish bin by themselves which is followed in other Macs in other countries. Also there must be display monitorscreens / instructions on wall for customers to leave plates from table to rubbish bin
