Cafés, bakeries, dessert and drinks shops are often mainly takeaway with a few seats, and weekend afternoons are the busiest. Many accept Octopus, credit cards and e-wallets, and some run loyalty schemes or pre-orders; birthday cakes and festive boxes (mooncakes at Mid-Autumn, for example) usually need ordering in advance, a few days ahead on popular dates. Dessert shops are liveliest in the evening and some stay open late; ask for insulated packing for frozen takeaways.

Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

The mango sago with ice cream looked nothing like the photos. The appearance of the dessert made it very unappealing. Do not buy this overpriced dessert.

Fast no fuss dessert shop. I ordered the pistachio soup dessert for myself and it was surprisingly incredibly good!! The crunch from the pistachio and cereal/granola with the soup and taro balls complemented each other so well. The other warm dessert we got was nice and warming too. Good dessert place to go after dining in the langham food court as a break from the shopping!

Good dessert shop. Tried the sesame paste and ginger soup with sesame paste tang yuan. Both were good. The sesame paste dessert was smooth and not overly sweet. It could have been more fragrant if I had a way but it was acceptable.

i ordered black sesame soup, almond soup (all hot), and sugarcane chestnut drink (cold), and find all tasty, not too sweet, yet actually would be even better if sweetness further reduced for the dessert soups. i visited the shop around 7pm, usually this chain dessert shops at prime locations such as mongkok pretty full at peak hours. Paper straws/spoon/bowls are used, which saves labour cost in cleaning and helps the environment
