I was planning to go to this restaurant today with my three friends. I arrived early at 11:55am and asked to be seated. The staff told me we couldn’t be seated until the full party arrived, which is fine since it’s conventional for restaurants to not let 1 person hold up a 4 person table. However, when I asked if I could wait inside by the entrance because it was really hot outside, I was declined again. The restaurant was basically empty with only a couple of guests inside, so it felt unnecessary and inflexible. The attitude from the staff also didn’t come across as welcoming. My party arrived, and two friends joined about five minutes later. One additional friend was running late, so we asked if we could remain seated while we waited for them. Unfortunately, we were told “no,” even though all the tables are set up for four. From our perspective, the rigid policy didn’t make sense, whether our group was three or four, we would still be seated at the same table. The restaurant was also nearly empty at the time, so it was disappointing to be handled so inflexibly. The attitude from the staff was especially discouraging. Hair in food and questionable service. 20mins of wait to be seated although I’ll take the blame for my own persistence. 25mins of wait for food to be served while customers who were seated at the same time got their food and even paid the bill. No explanation of slow service and only excuses such as “one last item is missing”, “it will be with you soon”, and staring at customers. You should also ask your kitchen staff who seem to have bleached portions of their hair from black to wear a hat - details of his hairstyle can be told from the hair in my food.

im a major omurice lover and although this meal was great, something was still a little lacking....? i wish there was an option for ketchup or butter rice! the portion is huge and really filling for me personally. also love the atmosphere of the store, it really brought me back to 🇯🇵 for a bit.

A Japanese egg omelette rice restaurant that I always attract the nearby office worker for lunch and dinner. Homemade hamburg steak is the most popular dish on the menu. Personally I think it is quite tasty and the white sauce has a strong black pepper taste.

No line for dinner on weekdays, but be prepared for a few items to be sold out if you go later than 8pm. Staff are really nice and accommodating, and the space was small but comfortable. It’s a good reliable spot for a casual quick dinner. Highly recommend the Cat’s Eye Special (#13) and going for the extra portion of beef for the ultimate comfort meal. The sauces here are not overly seasoned and are on the milder side, so people expecting spicy curry this is a heads up for you.
