Very disappointing experience at this Market Place branch. The cheese section was poorly maintained, with water collecting on the shelves and leaving the cheese packaging wet. It looked messy and gave a poor impression of the store’s hygiene and product handling. For a supermarket in K11, I expected much better standards, especially for refrigerated products. I hope the management pays more attention to maintaining the displays and keeping food products clean and dry.

Whenever I travel, I don’t just visit souvenir shops, I always make it a point to explore local grocery stores to discover authentic local food products that I can bring back home. The store is clean, well-organized, and packed with a great selection of local snacks, specialty foods, drinks, and unique items that you won’t usually find in tourist shops. It was the perfect place to experience a little bit of local culture through food while shopping like a local. The self-checkout process was quick and convenient, making the shopping experience even smoother. As a bonus, I couldn’t resist getting one of their cute insulated bags to go with my haul, it was both practical and a fun keepsake from the trip!

I seldom shop at this supermarket because it is not the one closest to my home. But I recently found it was a good place; the well-prepared dishes tasted good and were reasonably priced. And the motivation for me to write this review was their service and helpfulness. I left my Apple laptop at the supermarket while I was focused on picking the dishes for dinner tonight. Both my husband and I forgot we'd left it in the shopping cart, so we just picked up the stuff we bought. After 15 minutes on the MTR train, I suddenly realised I had lost my laptop. Both of us rushed back to the supermarket, and the laptop was kept by the staff safely. The staff said they found it unattended in the cart, so they kept it in the cashier's for me. Lovely! 😘 Thank you for keeping it for me! Really want to thank the supermarket team. Absolutely, I will come often afterwards!

Medium sized grocery store located on the lower level of the shopping mall. I can easily find a variety of American products herem I was hoping to find American red wine here but unfortunately I cannot find any of it. In addition to that, they also have a food selection of European and Asian products.

May 2025 Conveniently situated at the trendy K11 Mall. It gets pretty crowded and the slace is relatively large but filled with stocks. Shelving is tight and mostly narrow. A good place to buy souvenirs and takeaways. And nearby MTR underground access makes it very convenient.
