As always , have to wait extra time after you arrive for your appointment, poor Customer service racing to get rid of patients rather than take some time to explain to them . Never receive appointments reminders , I personally will not visit this clinic again.

The new center is modern and nice. Staffs are very friendly and patient of any queries. Body check packages are very comprehensive and good in value.

So, I went for a health check on Saturday morning. It was obviously overbooked for health check-up. The staff were professional, but again it was A LOT of people, so they were not on their best mood. I got shouted at, nagged on for a few occasion from the receptionist. The nurses rushed through every procedure, it was not comfortable. (Try to imagine someone performing cervical exam on you and was rushing through it )The whole thing costed me HKD5,000, it is claim-able by my insurance but my experience was ruined… Please consider to do your health check somewhere else if you want to be treated nicely. This place is not that cheap as they promoted themselves to be. Or maybe try to avoid Saturday and morning sessions, if you were really need to come here.
