I used to travel with this company pre-Covid and the experiences were good. But my encounter with their customer service in Dec 2025 has deterred me from traveling with them again. I got a true sense that they don't care for your business. I first enquired about information for a tour through Whatsapp. The first response was "you can ask after you've confirmed signing up." After questioning that response, (why would I sign up without all the information I want?) I finally got someone who sent me information and answered my question. If I didn’t say anything back, my question would not have been answered. That same night I tried to sign up through their website. Didn’t get any confirmation so I called the next day to inquire. The staff member on the phone answered very rudely and did not try to help at all. Just told me there's no record of it and to do it again online then they hung up. A normal customer service would at least offer to do the registration through the phone or ask if theres anything else they can help with before hanging up? After this encounter, we decided to look elsewhere. There are other travel companies in Hong Kong with better attitude towards their custo
