Sweetness and ice levels can usually be chosen, and some shops give a discount if you bring your own cup.

Sheung Wan is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Sheung Wan's Des Voeux Road West and Bonham Strand West are known for dried seafood, ginseng and herbal shops, which are busiest before Lunar New Year.

Maybe it wasn’t my day… store was literally empty with 2 staff doing things. Took them a few minutes just to acknowledge me. Took my order. Back to doing whatever they were doing. A guy came behind me. We both waited for a good 5 min. She put 4 drinks in a bag and gave to him. It was his online order. Meanwhile another guy came behind me. We waited for a good 8 min. She put another 8 drinks in a bag and gave it to him. So I waited for 12 drinks before I got mine. They should at least have warned me. I wouldn’t have gone there if I saw a 12 people line. During all that time, the construction next door was insanely loud. Ground shaking. If you didn’t order online, don’t bother.

Love the strong tea aroma and balanced flavor. The pearls are perfectly cooked and service is always quick.

The milk tea tastes fresh and creamy, pearls have a nice chewy texture. The shop feels cozy and welcoming.

Great variety of drinks, from classic milk teas to creative fruit blends. I especially love their mango pomelo—super refreshing on a hot day. Prices are reasonable, and the quality is consistent every time I visit.

Worst service and attitude ever. Monday night after work at 7, shop empty. I ordered a drink and then put my gym bag on the store's floor next to the wall and go out right in front a few steps to take a cigarette break while waiting. Then a woman suddenly came out with a cloth, taking up my bag and pretend to wipe the floor and wanted to put my bag on the floor outside of their shop. I was shocked and screamed stop and said this is the last two puffs, I shall come in 30 seconds! and stopped her from moving my bag without my permission. THen the very rude woman go inside next to the cashier, whispering to another's girl's ear, and while doing that was looking at me with disgusted look and piercing eyes!!! What have I done wrong to deserve all this! If the shop is full or have anyone, I understand and won't put my bag on the floor next to the wall. If I had been away for a long time and put a bag there I understand she can move it. But I am just out infront taking a cigarette break!!!! And without my permission, she should not and could not touch my bag like this. Not only that, the piercing eyes and whispering with an attitude of despise! Because of the absurdity and rudeness, I sta
