We had a lovely time ! The rooms were great quality and high tech. My kids aged 11 and 9 were very entertained !

My kids had a great time here with their friends. Best part was the kids had to work together and solve the problems. All without any digital devices or TVs. The game master, Yun, was great with the kids and made the entire experience very enjoyable! Definitely worth repeating!

The kids aged 6-8 had the best time here. Yun was a great game master to lead our team through the maze!

Had good experience with Lost CWB before but this one was disappointing. The concierge staff looked like she'd rather be elsewhere and the game felt impossible to solve given the difficulty level. The game master was nice and gave us clues, however the intercom was quiet and the lack of soundproofing meant we were drowned out by kids screaming in the junior room next door. Upon leaving the room, the concierge lady stood in the lobby staring ahead and didn't bother ask if we wanted a photo. It seems AI will replace her job in the foreseeable future.

Had fun today doing Nemisis. Great way to spend time on a rainy day or a super hot day. The room/challenges were fun. Staff was friendly and speaks fluent English. Glad I did this.
