Relaxing Spa Massage at The Mira We recently purchased a spa package for two through The Mira’s online website — HK$1171 for a one-hour massage for two persons. It turned out to be excellent value for money. After the massage, we were served a small fruit cup and a cup of ginger tea. The ginger tea was especially delightful and soothing. The spa room was spacious and relaxing, creating a calm atmosphere throughout the session. Both massage therapists had just the right strength and technique, making the experience deeply enjoyable. The reception service was also very good, attentive and welcoming. Overall, the package offered a wonderful balance of quality and price. If similar promotions are available again, I would definitely purchase through the website once more. ⭐ Highly recommended for value, comfort, and service.

The hotel's award-winning spa is worth a mention even if you only use the 24/7 fitness centre and infinity pool. The pool view is particularly good in the evening when Kowloon Park glows below. The spa menu is comprehensive and the therapists know what they're doing not a rushed tourist treatment. Book the pool access in advance if you're not a hotel guest as it fills up on weekends.

I had an amazing time at the Mira spa. I booked the ultimate detox reviver with Maya. I was throughly impressed with the staff's kindess and professionalism. When I arrived the front desk lady gave me a brief tour around the grounds. The spa has a steam room, sauna, floatation room, pool, and gym. There is also a hot tub, but I didnt get to try it out because it was being cleaned. Everything was clean and very peaceful. My actual treatment started with a foot scrub, next dry brushing, and then a very relaxing massage with fragrant oils and lotions. Maya asked me if I was comfortable and was very attentive to make sure I was comfortable. For the price point I think this a great place to relax offering a variety of services. The only thing that would of made this appointment better is access to the hot tub, a warmer temperature in the treatment room, and a complimentary herbal tea while waiting for services.

We spent a wonderful day at MiraSpa. It is a HUGE space. I'd organised to have a massage and a facial and my husband had a massage and some attention paid to his feet. When you order a treatment you also get to use the day spa and fitness facilities. The attention to detail at every turn was on point. Every single staff member that we interacted with gave excellent service. The changing room facilities were excellent and the female / male areas all had spa, sauna, steam room, a funky shower and float room where you can chill out on water beds. Both of us could use the communal pool and spa together along with some very comfortable lounges. Definitely try a juice as part of your experience. The treatments were of high quality and I was so relaxed after my massage and my skin was amazing after my facial. Tea and fruit is offered at check out. This was a wonderful way to spend our last day in Hong Kong.

Can’t agree more with Jody Chiu’s review when I had a Hindu Essence massage there end of June this year. The room was cold and not restful as I could hear the underground train noise next to the room! The therapist was not professional, lack of massage techniques and skills, she was simply rubbing oil on my back and the herbal bags used were not heated properly for effectiveness. In addition, since I had some prepaid few thousand dollars e-coupons from my daughter as Christmas gift valid for a year, they said the prepaid coupons can’t be used for special discount packages on offer. Note that these coupons were not purchased at any discount,! That really is a scam since my daughter thought the prepaid coupons are usable as cash to pay for any spa facilities! Honestly I do think this policy is absolutely ridiculous as the customer has already paid a sum of money in advance so it’s a cheat to restrict usage of the coupons for special offers. For this very awful massage experience I had to pay the full price for a massage plus the extra balance not covered by the coupon (as each coupon is bought at $1000 each) which was totally not you would expect for a spa service level rende
