I do not recommend this store, especially for tourists. Very concerning experience. I purchased an item in this store that was sold to me and stated on the receipt as an Hermès La Réale silk scarf. The item was packed by the store in a box. Since I was travelling and the purchase was made on the day of my departure from Hong Kong, I discovered the problem only after returning home to the Netherlands. The item I received does not match the receipt description. It is not an Hermès scarf. It is simply two pieces of fabric sewn together, with visible internal seams and a care label that does not correspond to the item described on the receipt. This is a fake item: Hermès does not produce silk scarves constructed in this way. This is not a subjective issue of design preference or quality. The problem is that the item supplied does not correspond to what was described and sold. I contacted the store and explained the situation. I also offered to return the item by post, since I am no longer in Hong Kong. However, no proper practical solution has been provided. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise tourists not to buy here unless.

My experience was underwhelming. Be aware that they charge extra for card payments - I was looking to buy a bag but didn’t proceed because they said there would be an additional £100+ service charge for paying by card. They preferred cash payments, which would incur no extra fee. The prices were also extremely low compared to other stores, like Brand Off, to the point that it made me question the authenticity of the products.

Unreliable and unpleasant experience with this shop. A higher amount was charged to my card than the bill shown at checkout. I want to share my experience so others wont go through the same experience. After I made payment, the invoice I received and one of their staff told me that my payment was still pending (ie. cash on delivery). Confused, I looked through my bank statement and realised not only had I paid, but I found out I also paid HKD 300 more from what was quoted in the bill at check out. I had a misgiving, sinking feeling straight after. Even if the quantum is not significant for the goods they sell, it's unethical.

I would strongly recommend not to give new bag them to sell for you. I have give them one of my Chanel Deauville New bag, no any damages, they didn’t sell it but in return I got DAMGED bags, completely damaged bottom. Their excuse was only we never give my bag anyone to try. And buyer who expected new bag was very disappointed ☹️ as well as I am….if you have someone else in your list who can sell your bag, for your nerves and pocket would be better to skip this company.
