Mood Cafe is a café in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, at 香港島銅鑼灣勿地臣街1號時代廣場B1樓B110A號舖. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. This is an upstairs shop: the way in is usually through the building lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

When choosing a café or dessert shop, look at whether prices are shown, whether plant milks or less-sweet options are available, and whether there is a time limit on seats. Many open seven days a week, but some small shops take a weekly day off; for cakes or large orders of pastries, calling ahead is the safest bet. If you plan to work or study in a café, check for power sockets and any seating time limit.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Fri 08:30–21:30, Sat–Sun 09:30–21:30. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 6469 0887; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work.

It has a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 57 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.

Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.

new cafe in causeway bay offering comfort food

Food reviewer 3 months ago

I have tried very hard to give a generous scoring of this new upcoming restaurant/ cafe. The environment is quite nice and the service is fine. However, the taste of food which should be the core of any restaurant is lacking. The ingredients simply did not complement each other well which to me is a waste of quality food. In conclusion, they should hire a better chef before charging high prices for their food.

A wonderful newly opened cafe for a high-quality, healthy lunch in Causeway Bay! Located in Times Square, MOÖD offers excellent, calorie-labeled meals with exciting monthly limited specials. The Slow-cooked Chicken Salad was incredibly tender, and their creative cold brews are a must-try. Be sure to join their new membership program for great welcome rewards ($60 for $40 coffee voucher, drip bags, and $15 cash coupons x4) and exclusive perks!

The staffs were not friendly and looked unhappy working in there. Very squeezy inside the cafe. Just ordered some coffees.

Found my new favorite healthy spot, the newly opened MOod Cafe at Times Square basement. I ordered the slow-cooked pork chop high-protein power salad and an iced latte. The pork chop was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, not dry at all like typical salad proteins. The salad itself was super fresh, satisfying, and loaded with great textures. To top it off, the iced latte was beautifully layered, smooth, and had the perfect espresso-to-milk balance. It’s a fantastic place if you are looking for a clean, nutrient-dense meal that doesn‘t skimp on taste. Great quality, friendly atmosphere, and highly recommended!
