Meiling and Karol, thank you for helping me with my pigmentation and facial moisturizing situation. This is first time doing a facial and had no clue what is going on but Emma and her team are super friendly and gave me such a welcoming visit. I was not pressured to buy any of their plans and products. Overall a great experience!

It was unfortunately an unpleasant experience and a complete waste of time…. On WhatsApp they told me I could use 3 of my existing credits (which I previously paid for) to try their new treatment. Upon arrival, they told me I can only convert my previous credits to another treatment if I top up at least $15k. On the price list, they have “one time” price but it in reality does not exist. Felt so unfair and scammed. While this is a common sales strategy of beauty salons, I had better hope of Musee since I liked it previously for hair removal. Proven wrong! Giving a heads up to other customers who were reached out to “use up” credits, because they had no intention to allow you to use any credits…. It is unfortunate I cannot comment on the actual treatment, which may well be good, because I walked away. What a waste of time!
