I had a terrible experience at this shop. I purchased a Panasonic camera from this place in August, without any damages (no scratches, no dropping on the floor, no banging and so on) the flashlight stopped working in October. I took it for repair to the shop, it has to be sent to a repair center so the shop keeper told me I will get a call from him after 3-4days. After 5 days without getting a call, I went to the shop and found out they didn’t even bring the camera to the repair center yet. The shop keeper kept complaining how they don’t have anything else to deliver to the repair center so it’s not worth a trip just for my camera. When I told him I am not happy about how he is not keeping the promise of calling me back in 3-4days for at least an update, then he started threatened me how he doesn’t need to help fix my camera problem.

Very dishonest seller. Consistent with other reviews indeed. Increase price on the spot despite it was agreed the day before.

Sadly I would agree with other posters. The pricing in this place isn’t clear and many of the accessories are cheap Chinese tat labelled as things like “German optics” or “Japanese” but with awful English on the boxes and poor quality. These are sold as being “worth” 2000 hkd when in reality these are available for £20 at best online. The sales guys are a little too pushy and the buying experience feels more like buying in a tourist market than an electronics store. Know what you want and research your pricing online before you go in, don’t be tempted to buy any extras and don’t believe any of the prices shown to you in the store. If you add stuff on, haggle and google what these are worth down to the specific brand etc.

Very Dishonest Seller. 1-Star for good reason. Sell you product at same price as other people, but then hugely markup on the accessories. Intentionally hides the accessories prices on the final bill.
