In Hong Kong, dogs aged five months or more must be licensed, vaccinated against rabies and microchipped, which is handled by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. Grooming and pet boarding usually need booking, and boarding may require vaccination records; places fill up before festivals and long weekends, so plan ahead.

No opening hours have been published here yet; the Google Maps link on this page shows the latest details. Bear in mind that many small shops close over Lunar New Year and may not open while a typhoon or black rainstorm warning is in force. Phone: 4678 5005. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp. More information is on its website, facebook.com.

It has a Google rating of 5.0 out of 5 from 11 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.

Sai Ying Pun is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Hong Kong addresses give the street and number, the building name, then the floor and unit; "G/F" means the ground floor, and as big buildings can have several entrances, look for the directory board in the lobby.
