Natura Spa is a spa in Central, Central and Western, at 3/F, 27-29 Wellington St, Central, Hong Kong Island. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. The address puts it on an upper floor of a building (an "upstairs shop", very common in Hong Kong), so note the floor and unit number; lifts can be slow at busy times, and some older buildings only have stairs.
When choosing a stylist or therapist, look at photos of their work and at reviews, and explain clearly what you want on a first visit. Under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, traders may not use misleading or aggressive practices to sell services; if you meet high-pressure selling, Customs and Excise or the Consumer Council can advise. Spas and foot spas usually charge by session and some open late; tell the therapist about any health issues first.
Opening hours: Mon 00:00–07:00 and 10:00–21:00, Tue–Sat 10:00–21:00, Sun 10:00–24:00. It is open seven days a week. Note the break in the middle of the day: it opens in two sessions. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. Phone: 6333 9481. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp. More information is on its website, spa.naturahk.co.
It has a Google rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 21 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.
Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

### Review My first session was genuinely great. I booked an **aqua peel full set**, and during the purchase I was told it was part of a **package deal** where an **additional \$200** was added on top of the **\$666 package**. I also received **HIFU** for additional cost of 880, and overall the treatment felt professional and worth the money. However, things quickly went downhill from the second visit onward. On my **second appointment**, I was **upsold** for **manual extraction** (as the therapist said I needed it). I agreed, and to be fair, it was done properly and included a **mask**, so I wasn’t overly upset at the time. I then booked my **third visit** specifically for **HIFU**, but again I was met with the same upsell: the therapist (named **BOWIE**) pushed **manual extraction** again. I agreed a second time, but this is where the experience became very concerning. The appointment felt rushed—**the aqua peel with machine and manual extraction were completed in under 10 minutes**. Most importantly, there was **no steam beforehand** before the manual extraction, which made the whole process feel rushed and not as thorough as it should be. I then asked to speak with the **m

One of the worst massages I’ve ever had. No smooth technique, they use a natural oil instead of the fragrance you chose. The awful feeling of the plastic gloves on the skin….pure waist of money.

Interior is nice and spacious. Friendly lady but didn’t seem to know what I had booked. Another lady came later and asked also. You should know! Someone else’s shoes where I was told to sit. Really bad technique on massage, just painful. Also dislike being massaged with gloves. Wish you the best for new business but need to raise standards and smile! It makes people feel welcome
