In Hong Kong, private cars aged six years or more must pass an annual roadworthiness examination at a Transport Department designated car testing centre before their licence is renewed, and every vehicle needs third-party insurance. Ask for a quote before repairs, check whether parts are original or aftermarket and how long the warranty is, and keep the invoice. When buying a used car, ask to see the registration document and service history, and whether it needs an inspection.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Fri 09:00–17:30, Sat 09:00–15:00, Sun closed. It is open 6 days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 9492 1550; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp.

Google shows 4.0 out of 5 based on 2 reviews; with so few opinions the score can move quickly as more customers weigh in.

Prince Edward is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Prince Edward is next to the Flower Market and the Yuen Po Street Bird Garden; the flower shops are busiest before Lunar New Year and Valentine's Day.
