Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. The room is small compared to other 3 Neways we had been. No room with private toilet here but it charged the same price as the others. Food was ok. K system was working fine.

The service and location were fine, but the song selection was definitely lacking compared to some of the other places I’ve been to.

The management made a mistake with pricing, and the manager interrupted us an hour into our session and shouts at us and insists we need to pay extra, although the prices were already confirmed for so long. If they had given us that price at first, we would not have come. Just awful hospitality and customer service. We were all so angry and upset for the rest of our session and our time was completely ruined by the staff.

The place was nice and we had so much fun, we paid 142 hk dollars per person(service charge included) on a friday night. The only problem was some of the english songs didn’t have lyrics on the screen.

My mum and I went there last Nov. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. She gave us an attitude while we asked her some questions. Also, she did stare at our back when we were on the escalator up the second floor. I don't think she has the personality to work in CS, period.
