I had a good first-time experience at Nixon Dental Central. I walked in around 10:30 am without an appointment, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, kindly asking me to return at 1 pm. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and clearly well-maintained. The dentist was excellent—taking the time to explain my situation in detail and recommending urgent treatment. The whole process, from check-up and x-rays to two extractions, took only 30 minutes and was completely painless. I highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism, efficiency, and top-notch service. ⭐

I recently visited Dr. Wong for a dental checkup and scaling, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the clinic was welcoming and well-organized. Dr. Wong was thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain my oral health situation—including helpful insights on my existing teeth status and areas to pay attention to. The scaling was gentle yet effective, and I left feeling well taken care of. The nursing staff was also wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It’s clear the whole team works together to provide top-quality care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for skilled, personable, and professional dental services. Thank you for such a great experience!

I would like to thank Dr Samuel Kong for his kind help fixing my teeth under tight timeline and busy schedule. Dr Kong has always been professional, gentle, polite and patient with me and my family. He helped to check our teeth carefully every year and thoroughly cleaned our teeth every year. He did detailed filing for all our health record and provided valuable suggestions for any of our defects all the time. It’s our pleasure to enjoy the professional and detailed treatment by the dentist. The central office is grand and very comfortable. Nurse provided accurate timeline and detailed guidance to accommodate working professionals in central.

Every time I visit Nixon Dental Clinic, it’s a 10/10 experience. 1. All their locations are right beside MTR stations. Super convenient and ideal for people with no sense of direction. 2. All the staff, both dentists and nurses are friendly, patient, empathetic, professional and efficient. 3. Everything is transparent. They will explain the procedure and charges in detail so that patients can make informed decision. 4. They would go the extra miles just to clear your doubts even when you are just being paranoid. 5. Neat and ambient environment. This greatly reduces the discomfort or fear during the procedures. 6. Great attitudes, work ethics 7. Their pricing is very transparent and reasonable. I’ve been to 5 clinics in Hong Kong so far and I’m confident to say this one is the best one I’ve ever tried. Hope their business can keep on thriving :) thank you !
