This store has been in business for over 15 years and has 200,000 followers on Instagram. As a brick-and-mortar store, they also have 40,000 followers on Facebook. I’ve purchased from them before—their service is excellent, and their products are 100% authentic. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have been able to operate a physical store in Hong Kong for so many years. Moreover, they have been certified with the "Genuine Goods" trademark by the Hong Kong Retail Association for over a decade. Due to their competitive pricing, they have unfortunately become a target for attacks by resellers.

They say it’s authentic however they’ve changed their name once and when they sell it’s without receipts and boxes. Be wary and buy from places that can guarantee it’s real. Also they got really defensive when I ask about their authenticity.

If I could I'd give them no stars. My order wasn't even complete, items were the wrong size, and after repeated attempts to contact the company I just gave up. I understand people make mistakes, but take responsibility for these mistakes and make them right. Extremely disappointed! Please, don't order from them.
