When choosing a café or dessert shop, look at whether prices are shown, whether plant milks or less-sweet options are available, and whether there is a time limit on seats. Many open seven days a week, but some small shops take a weekly day off; for cakes or large orders of pastries, calling ahead is the safest bet. If you plan to work or study in a café, check for power sockets and any seating time limit.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Fri 08:00–21:00, Sat–Sun 09:00–21:00. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2310 8868. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. Its website is noc.coffee, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.
At 4.0 out of 5 on Google (234 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

With multiple locations across Hong Kong, we visited the TST branch of noc coffee inside T. Galleria during our recent stay — conveniently located just a short walk from our hotel. I ordered the Fizzpresso, a refreshing combination of citrusy lemonade and double espresso, which was perfect for the Hong Kong heat. To go with it, I had their black sesame Basque cheesecake, which was rich, creamy, and packed with nutty black sesame flavour.

Our first coffee spot this trip! No food @ around 8:15pm. Served drinks only. So that’s what we ordered!

This is my second visit to this NOC. The location is always confusing to me and everytime it takes me a while to figure out the correct escalator to it. My first meal was a beef salad which is a disaster. The beef is tasteless and chewy , so my second visit is almost a year later. This time I ordered chicken quesadilla and a flat white. The coffee has strong aroma and the quality is good. The chicken meat is juicy and the tortilla is thin so not much carbs from it. It also comes with yoghurt/oats. Actually i dont prefer those oats on the yoghurt and suggest to remove it. Overall this meal is quite full for me. Besides the qr code this time does not work for me, and I need staff's help to place my order. This is a let down.

This branch is on the 2nd floor of a building opposite Harbor City Mall. There is a private escalator to the 2nd floor in front of the coffee shop. The design features a clean, minimalistic tone with white walls and warm lighting. There are many tables available. The coffee prices are slightly high—maybe because this is Hong Kong 🥹. Prices start at around 40 HKD, but if you order a filter coffee, it may go up to 90 HKD per cup. The staff provides good service and can speak English, making it convenient for international visitors.

A beautiful aesthetic cafe at the second floor of T Galleria, right above TST MTR. We arrived really tired, so the spacious seats welcomed us. Drinks however was so-so. The iced coffee came plain - for $40+, I at least expect someone to ask if I want it sweet. Staff was at least helpful and attentive to you.
