Been coming here for more 5 years, it can be very busy during the holiday, might need to wait but overall good service. Cleans well inside and out. There a room to wait in with free drinks!

If I could have a ZERO star review, I would have put a zero. Customer service is terrible. Staff members speak a certain mainland dialect which made communication impossible. Their staff speak funny Cantonese and zero English. I took my car for a deep clean. Within an hour they rang me and informed me they one of the windows could not be closed after opening (took me a while to understand what they told me over the phone). When I actually went to pick up the car, there were obvious watermarks all over the glasses of all the windows and that guy simply said those are caused by acid rain and cannot be removed - which I was able to remove some of the watermarks myself later on that day. After I started the car and noticed that all the electronics and audio system were faulty. When I played a CD , it kept skipping tracks and when I connected my phone to the car, it kept automatically redialling the last number - these problems never happened before I left the car with them. 😡 I also discovered that one of the signal lights were not working. 😰Whilst everything worked BEFORE I left the car with them. 😡😡😡 I had to immediately take my car to the service center and was told they were got

A really bad experience and not recommend. In regards your reply, I already have a phone chat with your CS and told her the full story, some highlights you need to address: Date: 22 Dec 2022 Time: 10:00am - the staff at Wan Chai shop is playing his cell phone and ignore me when I go inside the shop for asking where to queue for car wash. - I was queuing in the line with 2 cars in front of me, it took me 30 minutes waiting time, then a car (Tesla) drove inside the shop without noticing us he is also car washing. When the 2 cars done in front of me, I tried to drive inside but your staff warning me the Tesla came first (which is not true), I tried to argue but he didn't allow me to go in and his bad attitude really disappointed me. I strongly NOT recommend NTI car service and I have no more interest to join the package anymore.

If you want a fast no-frills car wash then this is the place. Don’t expect good service and certainly do not ever expect a clean car wash. Corners or tyre rims will still be dirty and water residue will be left on your side mirrors etc. And don’t expect a clean vacuum and wipe down of your interior. Further reply to the owner’s response below: Thanks. But I don’t need a free car wash. I still have many wash balance left in my package, which I should not have bought if I knew the quality is like this. What I need is a refund of my remaining balance.
