NTI Express Auto Care is a car wash and detailing shop in Wan Chai, at 香港島灣仔告士打道128號. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it.
Parking is scarce, meters and car parks in the urban areas are expensive, and most accept Octopus or e-payment; most toll tunnels now use the HKeToll system. Many repair and detailing shops are inside industrial buildings or car parks, so book ahead and ask where to leave the car. Car washes and detailers usually work by appointment, and coating or waxing can take hours or a full day.
Opening hours: daily, 08:30–21:00. It opens every day of the week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. You can call 6625 0287; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work. Its website is nti.hk, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.
At 4.0 out of 5 on Google (85 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.

Staff does an OK job for car wash but definitely not super clean/detailed. Ok for a quick rinse down. However, expect a long line as do not take bookings. Lineup not always managed well, as based on one person’s memory so make sure u stick around to make sure you don’t lose your position on line.

I PAIDED for an air con cleaning and it was the worse ever experience in my life. I took off some parts of the air con to see if they really clean and it was SO dirty especially the rear passenger air con was not even clean. Staff were also rude. I dont know but i feel like they are the type of people who would stereotype. Would never recommend this to anyone. If you are planning too i recommend for you to stay and look after the car cause they will probably just leave it and say that they “cleaned” it so well. Too overpriced for an “express” service aswell

Nice staff and car wash is good. Car wash package (10 x) good value with various upgrade options including ceramic coatings etc. Can be busy at times (first thing in the morning), but you can park/line up in the road outside and hand your keys over to staff. Small waiting area upstairs to sit down...

For expensive car, one needs to reverse the car into the washing bay by oneself. It is quite a difficult manoeuvre given the narrow space. Apart from that, the service is fine. Sometimes, one needs to wait for a few cars before it is your turn.

Car wash is clean, it's one of best in HK, been using them for years. The polish and waxing is one of the best and value of money. People are nice and friendly and helpful, sometimes it can be too busy like at the weekends.
