I had a really great first visit with my dog. Dr. Amber and the nurses were kind, professional, and very attentive to my dog’s individual needs. They listened carefully not only to the symptoms, but also to my dog’s daily routine and overall condition, which made the consultation feel much more thorough and personalized. We felt very reassured throughout the appointment. Thanks again!

I brought my four cats in for dental cleaning, extractions, and full body checkups, and I’m truly thankful to Dr. Katy, Amber, and the caring nurses. During the thorough examination, they detected early signs of heart enlargement in one of the cats and promptly arranged further checks. I truly appreciate their attentiveness and professionalism. Throughout the dental procedures, the nurses kept me updated on which teeth required extraction and the reasons behind it. And the doctors clearly explained the treatments with videos and photos taken during anesthesia and the procedures — which gave me peace of mind. When the cats had poor appetite afterwards, the nurses patiently guided me on feeding and hydration, recommended suitable canned food, and followed up daily. Thank you for taking such thoughtful and dedicated care🐾💛

Friendly staffs and vet, the clinic was new & clean, and the process was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this hospital for pet care.

Dr. Katyt Kung is very nice, patient, detail oriented, and professional. The place is very tiny and lovely. All girls are very helpful, responsive, and kind. Overall much better than the other vet clinic I previously visited. Will definitely recommend it to others. Hope my cat get better with his skin.

They were amazing. My cat required emergency lifesaving surgery. I was turned away from 4 hospitals because they were full, but Orion said yes and they brought the doctor in from across Hong Kong after they were supposed to be closed and did a 3 hour surgery. They helped me figure out a treatment plan I could manage, and were open and communicative every step of the way. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Amazing people and amazing care
