Wonderful sales and after-sales service from Out of Stock. I wanted a unit of Herman Miller that does not have a store in Macau. Out of Stock was able to confirm shipping from HK to Macau and arrange everything for me seamlessly. The responsiveness to guide me to make the right choice and fit for my needs was excellent. I visited on May 28 to purchase a Herman Miller Aeron, and the whole experience was amazing! The store had a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with many beautiful chairs on display. I really liked that they also carry other brands, so I could compare different chairs in person without any pressure. The two owners were super nice, funny, and patient. Since it was my first time seriously learning about Herman Miller chairs, I had a lot of questions, but they answered everything in detail and gave genuine recommendations based on my needs. The delivery was also incredibly fast, and the delivery team was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. You can really tell they care about both their products and customers. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and a great shopping experience! 🙌🏻😆

KARIMOKU CAT Tree — Superb product quality and thoughtful design, made in Japan. I’m confident my little cat boss will absolutely love it! Most importantly, both Eric (the PIC) and the delivery driver were incredibly kind, responsible, and helpful. You can truly feel their respect for customers and pet owners. Highly recommended!

He was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in — patiently introducing the products that suited my needs and clearly explaining the brand and its details. What impressed me most was his thoughtfulness. It was raining heavily that day, and Eric didn’t hesitate to help me carry the bench all the way to the taxi. They deserved a five star.
