I feel that I overpaid for the agent fee given the quality of the work. The new helper lacks the necessary skills for housekeeping and is not well-trained. The agent we have been in contact with is Florence, and we have not had a good experience with her services.

Excellent experience using OEC, Miranda has been very informative, diligent and helpful in all aspects of appointing a DH, since we contracted our helper. Miranda has been excellent at proving information on an ongoing basis and helping with all contract renewals. For anyone looking to appoint a DH I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OEC and Miranda, as the company in HK to use!

A bit surprised to see some really bad comments here. I have been using Overseas Employment agents for 8 years, in which I have consumed their services over 5 times as we need more than 1 helper. Honestly their choices and services are one of the best in town. I did tried others, but it never work. Thanks Miranda for her top notch services, she never let me down, she could recommend suitable matches. She also give me good advices while looking for the right helper. Once we signed, she has followed up closely on every single process, and it's completely hassle free for me. Their agency fee is not cheap, arguably a bit pricey. But it also hard to find such responsive and reliable agent personnel. So I would remain stick with Miranda as long as we need any help on searching domestic helpers, I will recommend her to all my friends too!

The service of this company is really good. They had lots of quality maids to choose when I went there. Their procedures are very clear, filing systematic and information complete. I chose one but then I needed to change for personal reasons. The staff Florence Pang was very understanding and helped me to source another one without hesitation. She followed up on my case thoroughly and updated me on the case periodically. I have no hesitation to go back again.
