Unethical company with poor customer service. Service management company but lack basic customer service. Wifi doesnt work, items in room are faulty. You wonder why you even pay rent and service fee when you engage Owl - an utter joke and failure of a company.

Terrible place. Terrible service, poor wifi connection stable, internet outage occurs every month. Customer service is not responsive. Customer Service Executive-Kris is extremely rude. He never keeps track of our payment records and keeps pursuing me for rent despite all the rents are paid on time. There is water leakage in the room, and the cs is not responsive to repairing request. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolute worst place I’ve stayed at-and I’ve lived in many apartments in 3 different countries. It was a while back, but even a leak took days for them to send someone to fix. Wifi didn’t work much of the time-and it was in the middle of Covid when I needed wifi for work. I could smell what shampoo the neighbor used-guess what else I could smell. Unresponsive customer service, when they did respond, they were unhelpful and passive aggressive. Zero maintenance of the exterior of building. There was a LOT of trash strewn about outside. I can’t remember what else-there was so much-but absolutely the worst experience with these people. And a total dump. I’ll say this one again-i could smell everything from the bathroom next door.) decide for yourself whether that’s remotely acceptable.
