Overrated company. Their custom furniture are certainly cheap, but they're basically Taobao quality. The sifus are generally pretty honest and good (and probably explains the 4.9 stars), but the design, material and execution of their products are seriously poor. Do NOT do custom furniture with them. Save your money - buy nice or buy twice.

I had a great experience with Papabo. After ordering a bed from TaoBao that I knew I couldn’t manage constructing myself I contacted them and they quoted me a decent price . The handyman came within one hour of contacting and got the job done swiftly and professionally. He even took my packaging away with him . Thanks Papabo !

Papabo really impressed me! Kazav from their customer service team is super friendly and responsive. I tried many handymen but Lok 師傅 is so far the best! He is so fast while also being so careful. He went above and beyond to help me fix the problem. After they left, I realized my mirror position was too high, they went back straight after I called Kazav, and adjusted everything for me and didn't even charge me! Top notch service and best quality work. Highly Recommend!

English friendly customer service and competitive repair pricing. When I onboarded to the papabo app, I wrote in English and that has always been a source of miscommunication w other repairman. I got a response very fast and was happy to find out they offer bilingual service (English friendly). It was a game changer. Since they have a network of repairmen, I managed to get the time that works for my schedule so I didn’t have to take any time off work for it. The broken glass panel in my kitchen was fixed 2 days after the glass panel was made
