Constantly cancels my daughter's class claiming this teacher is sick. Happened almost six times already and even on the rescheduled classes they cancel last minute saying the teacher is sick. Unreliable and also no refunds Stay away The other reviews are correct

I never leave a one star. But huge disappointment by their staff’s attitude. Really mean to a first timer. Completely ruined customer’s emotion. I mean I paid and you can be nice to remind me my time is up. But instead they were almost yelling at me.

I wonder why this music school is still here… Irresponsible teacher and rude staff, informed us one day before class to take leave due to music festival (we don’t expect such short notice!), then never be able to teach on our agreed schedule. Ridiculously the school refused to refund and force us to change our schedule.
