Went to all 3 Patagonia stores in the TST and Central area, hands down to the staff at the Causeway bay store. Despite being busy on a rainy weekend afternoon, all the staff were extremely efficient and helpful, especially Hazel who helped us got multiple items in different sizes. She was patient and resourceful. An absolute joy to shop with. Definitely visiting this particular outlet first on my next visit to HK.

I visited this outlet on February 1, 2025, around 6 PM. A female sales associate with short hair and a white vest provided me with invaluable advice on how to choose the right jacket. Unfortunately, I didn’t make a purchase because they were out of stock. Her assistance made me feel that Patagonia truly values training and culture, focusing not just on selling products but also on educating customers. I will definitely return to this outlet for my next purchase, specifically to seek out this wonderful lady. Please give her a raise!

Patagonia products have always been great. The service at the store was good too. Unfortunately, the store had very limited selections. Plus it is early October and ski gear is still not available...
