Although my pup had a good, clean bath, the shop did not match the cut we asked for. We wanted our puppy to have a very short cut for the summer months, and even though they initially agreed, they unfortunately hardly cut his hair at all. This means we had to redo the entire cut ourselves about a week later. For the price of $650, this will be our first and last time to visit the store. It is quite frustrating that the shop wanted our dog to look "cute" instead of listening to what the customer wanted and what was best for the dog.

Song, you remind me about my past experience. Puppy normally behaves like yours for her 'first time'. Pushing it hard could amplify her fears this making the situation worse. Give her more time, she will learn to 'accept' and even look forward to grooming, like mine. Kelly is good, no worries!

very poor service and groomer is not very professional. complained about the dog was not clam while he was grooming so she could not cut properly because he was moving so much(my dog is only 8 months and weight is only 1 kg) My dog seems like got sooo much stress and horrible experience of his first grooming.

The groomers are very profession and helpful. They'd listen to my opinions and feedbacks. My dogs love to have grooming and bathing there.
