The worst pet clinic ever we visited in Hong Kong. They use new renovations to cover up their outdated and unprofessional equipment. Please never get a cardiac ultrasound at this hospital; the results are meaningless because the images are extremely unclear. They did unnecessary inspections and caused unnecessary pain for the animals to make money. My boy is traumatised after visiting this hospital. He used to be very calm when visiting the doctors now he needs sedation every time. I swear to God I wasn't a competitor or making malicious comments deliberately; I just love animals and hope no one else will experience what my boy did.

My dog loves coming to the vet ! As the nurses and doctors show love and care to the animals they treat and it is evident with how my dog enjoys her time to the vet. Dr. Kristina is kind and empathetic, she's professional and takes good care of my dog. They're attentive and addresses our concerns thoroughly.

My furry friend, Little Minx had Dr Kristina, but it wasn’t only Dr Kristina it was all of the staff. I needed to work through a process to return to Australia with my furry friend. Each treatment session and process request was met with beautiful people, big smiles and welcomes and a genuine care for my cat. Best ever animal medical centre, great attitudes and care. Love you guys as does Little Minx ❤️

Would highly recommend Paws & Tails to parents of fur-kids. The vet nurses were knowledgeable about the questions to ask to get a preliminary idea of my cat's situation, and the vet (Dr Ian) was detailed and patient with his diagnosis and explanation of the need for tests and medication. Fees were transparently communicated and reasonable. Also love how the staff throughout the clinic respect us duly as the 'kids' parents'.

This is not my first 5-star review for this clinic, and even after the profound loss of our beloved baby girl, it remains a 5-star experience. That is the highest compliment I can give. Our girl was diagnosed with renal disease 2.5 years ago, making us frequent visitors. My husband was here even more than I was, as I commute to Macau for work, but Dr. Ryan and the entire team made us both feel equally supported and known. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our girls, and the pain is indescribable. But the compassion we received was a small light in the darkness. The nurses were so gentle and patient; they never made us feel like we were in the way as we lingered, loving on her and preparing ourselves for that final goodbye. They gave us the time and space we needed, and their empathy was palpable. I also want to add a note on patience. In the past, during busy times when we had to wait, I’ll admit I sometimes felt a flicker of annoyance. I now see it differently. That busyness often means they are in another room, saving another beloved pet or providing crucial support to other grieving parents. Understanding this has completely changed my perspective.
