Oreo has his first groom at PET HK Hotel today and he looks amazing! I need to say a huge thank you to Boey and all the staff for making Oreo so comfortable. He was scared after a visit with a different grooming service and everyone made his visit such a positive experience and he was so happy when I arrived to pick him up. The caring staff kept me informed of his progress and updated me with photos throughout his visit. I would highly recommend PET HK and we are looking forward to our next visit. I brought my cat and dog to the daycare at Pet HK and they both truly enjoyed it! The team gave me regular photos and videos updates in which I really appreciate ~ can see my pets are well cared for. Highly recommend Pet HK for daycare!

Tried booking my Husky with other grooming shops first (wanted haircut as it is so hot right now), but they wouldn’t accept and were worried about the double coat/undercoat. Luckily, I came across PET HK and they did an excellent job ! My Husky came back looking beautiful and well-groomed ! As you can see, the results were amazing and look at how happy she is ! Also, need to mention that the pick up and drop off service is just so convenient, didn't even need to come to the store and a big thank you to the front office team for answering all of my enquiries with speedy replies ! We are definitely visiting again. Highly recommend !

My toy poodle (Biscuit) had a staycation here over the long weekend and she was very well taken care of by the staff here. The staff checked her thoroughly upon arrival, noting that her paw pads and ear might need more special attention. They also slowly integrated her into play groups, ensuring that she was comfortable with her new play mates. During the 3 days stay, the staff updated me throughout about her appetite, bowel movement, and sent us many videos and photos each day. We are very grateful for their attention to details and special care for Biscuit, will definitely visit again! :)

I took my Shiba (Yu Lai) to Pet HK for grooming, and it truly was the best experience we’ve had. Yu Lai is usually quite nervous about baths and handling—especially because he has a few sensitive spots all over. The team listened to my concerns right away, and the whole service felt unhurried and careful. You could tell they genuinely took their time and gave him extra patience and TLC. I was really impressed with their skill, especially around the more sensitive areas. They were professional, kind, and calm themselves, which helped a lot with keeping Yu Lai relaxed. We left feeling happy and relieved, and will definitely bring him back. Highly recommended! ^^ Special shout out to groomer Niki who took her time in caring for my baby and in calming him down, really appreciate that ! And LOOK ! How handsome & happy he is after grooming 😍
