I’m not satisfied with the service provided, it feels like I’m not welcomed. They might identify their store as pet friendly however from what I have witnessed I can tell that isn’t the case.

❌❌❌Terrible Service Unfortunately my dog peed a little on the floor while i was looking at the products, their staff ran around and SCREAMED ‘OMG THEY PEED, I SAW HIM PEE’ around the store. I felt bad about it but once she started screaming I was shocked by this level of service. They provided wipes which i cleaned with both wet and dry tissue and a plastic bag to dispose of the tissues. When I asked them where the bin is they looked at me with fear and said that I need to hold onto it and that they did not have a bin. Extremely unprofessional and if you are that afraid of animals don’t run a pet store. Highly DO NOT recommend.
