My cat's first vaccination experience here was wonderful. The previous vet and nurse were very experienced-they soothed my cat, wrapped him safely in a towel, and finished the shot quickly with minimal stress. For his second visit, as my usual vet wasn't available, I saw a different vet for what I thought would be a simple vaccine. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different. There seemed to be a lack of preparation and handling protocol. No attempt was made to soothe or restrain my cat properly, resulting in him jumping off the table 3-4 times while the nurse did not step in to assist. The vet suggested doubling his sedation dosage for the next visit and advising me to pet him while playing — both of which I found quite puzzling as a cat owner. To be fair, I appreciate that the vet ultimately decided to call off the vaccination once my cat became too agitated, preventing further trauma. It might just be a difference in individual experience and handling styles, but I hope the clinic can maintain more consistent handling standards across all staff.

I would like to offer my sincere compliments to Dr. Sheyla and her team for today’s consultation for my hamster肥肥. Thank you for being so gentle while conducting the checks, and for taking the time to explain his situation so patiently to me and my son. Being considerate allowing sufficient time for us to calm ourselves. Thank you also for reassuring my son when I was not able to do so at that moment. Dr. Sheyla truly helped us make the most suitable decision for our beloved hamster.

I highly recommend this clinic! The veterinarian is incredibly attentive and professional. We bring our Takumi back every year for annual vaccinations, and the care has been consistently excellent. It’s such a relief to have a doctor who truly cares about animals. Highly recommended for any pet owner!

Jiu Tong stayed here for a couple of days due to urology emergency last August. Thank you Dr Gabby for her quick operation and all vet nurses in taking great care of him while he hospitalised in your facility. (Although he tried to escape twice🥹) The nurses called me to update on Jiu Tong's condition every morning. All the vets and nurses are very caring and the charges are reasonable. Would highly recommend!!
