As dog owners, we were truly delighted by the opening of Petizen in Sheung Wan. We visited on Sunday 28th September and there were plenty of owners with their pets roaming around, making friends and socialising. It's a lovely shop in a relatively quiet location, perfect for a coffee and a chat as the dogs get to know each other. Our toy poodle got a much needed haircut and the price was very reasonable, the resulting trim was just what we wanted and they listened catefully to our specific requirements regarding his health which was very much appreciated. The shop sells toys, enrichment items, food and snacks for animals, and coffee, bagels and snacks for people! The staff cannot be faulted, clearly true animal lovers with great customer service and some skilled dog groomers to boot. It has the potential to be a great community hub for local pet owners with its cosy welcoming vibe. The cherry on top would be if they stocked Buddy's Bites kibble (they currently sell BB snacks only) but I was told this may be possible in the near future. 5 stars! We're so happy to have you in the neighbourhood 🐶
