Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

Unethical Practices and Sick Animals - Do Not Recommend!!!! I urge you to avoid purchasing pets or supplies from this store. My first-hand experience, along with a recent observation, has proven that they operate with a clear disregard for animal welfare and customer honesty. This store prioritizes profit over the well-being of its animals and the trust of its customers. They sell sick pets from poor conditions, employ high-pressure sales tactics on inexperienced owners, and provide dangerous misinformation. Please do not support this business. I strongly recommend looking for a reputable breeder or a local animal shelter instead. 1. Sale of Sick Animals in Unhygienic Conditions: I purchased a kitten here who became sick with Ringworm and a severe ear mite infestation within a week of bringing her home. My vet confirmed that these conditions are highly contagious and are typically spread in unclean and overcrowded environments, like the one this store maintains. I was willing to move on and didn’t think about writing a bad review for this store, as my cat is now healthy. However, I recently walked past the store and saw a young American Shorthair kitten in a display box with a

This pet store is amazing! The staff is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about animals. They helped me pick the perfect food for my picky cat and gave great advice. Highly recommend!

Why don't even give cats toys? I saw cat playing with its own poop in this aquarium. You sell cats for 12 000, and can't give them toy for 10-15? Perfectly cats also need places to hide, like small little house, not to be seen 24/7

Terrible online shopping experience. And wow, customer service is simply GREAT and PROFESSIONAL. No updates on delivery arrangement that I actually had to contact the store to follow up on the 4th day. When I waited at home for the delivery 2 days later it turned out the driver got the wrong address. OK. Then, again, no updates from the store about the next delivery date and I had to contact them once again. They didn’t sound sorry for the mistake and delay at all and just left me a freaking casual voice message saying that they will re-deliver 2 days later. And 2 days later, still no message or phone calls. I contacted the store for the 3rd freaking time and asked them to cancel my order and refund if they cannot deliver by day end (which they promised). No explanation, no apology, didn’t even try to fix the situation. Just “Ok we will refund.” Obviously they haven’t arranged the re-delivery at all! Totally a waste of time.
