I made an appointment for 11:00 AM and arrived at 10:55 AM. There were two receptionists standing there greeting customers, yet I still had to wait. My service advisor, Jacky, did not greet me until around 11:20 AM. What is the point of making an 11:00 AM appointment if I still have to check in and wait another 20 minutes? They were quick to promote maintenance packages, offering a 5% discount if I prepaid. However, I was promised updates on when my car would be ready and additional quotes for other items. Jacky sent me his contact information via WhatsApp, but more than 12 hours later, I still have not heard anything about my 7,100hkd oil change, nor has he responded regarding the other matters he said he would follow up on. Personally, I would take my car elsewhere for service next time. This level of service does not reflect a premium experience at all. You may gotten me on service now but I am just using a voucher and will probably never take it back with a low mileage car. Ur customer service and follow ups is just second tier. Avoid at all costs. I took a second hand ev in for initial service and immediately following there was an obstruction/debris in the air conditioning unit. AC running extremely loud and loud rumbling / vibration. Took the car back to have it looked at and had to threaten to call the police in order to avoid a second charge of 4,000 hkd for an inspection fee. They likely lied to me about checking the internal air filter and ran the car through the auto wash. Careless service and poor attitude. They keep the air conditioning at 19 degrees Celsius to discourage customers from waiting in the show room. Haughty attitudes from staff. Was not provided a receipt or any service record after service. I am shocked that this company has an exclusive license for MB in HK will be sharing the feedback with MB corporate. Took the car in at 9:30 in the morning - at 2:30 pm I was informed that they wouldn’t have time to see the car same day- had to threaten to call the police. There were two other upset customers being ignored and told they couldn’t pick up same day. Avoid.

Finished maintenance service on Monday and the engine light lit on Thursday. Technical Co-ordinator Ben Lee said this is nothing to do with their maintenance service. He did not bother to explain the cause and just demand for HK$5700 initial inspection fee with subsequent unknown fixing fee. Very good sales technique and not sure the defect was due to their maintenance service. Anyhow, the problem is either with the car or the service team as both of them are Mercedes Benz.

***************UPDATE TO THE STORY.####### After Mercedes performed 2x 120-point inspection on my car, it overheated just three days later and had to be towed back for repairs. Following this incident, I requested a thorough check for my car. However, I'm now noticing that the AC takes about 20 minutes to cool down properly. Now, it's back at Zung Fu. After dropping the car off for service, I have to proactively chase the staff there for updates. Within just one month of buying the car, a sensor for the AC has been found to be broken. Despite all these inspections, issues have never been identified during the service; instead, I have to discover them and drive back. now the ac sensor is broken and need 2 weeks to order the parts and fix during summer time. my suggestion to Mercedes is properly perform an inspections so all these issues can be caught. Instead of having customers go back endlessly, make appointments wait there for 30 minutes+ with appointment. PART 1.
