March 25 1 pm. Bad service by cashier dude. Saw him rude to mainland Chinese lady in front of him. I spoke Cantonese to him. Speaks like a robot. Told him I don't want the receipt and he insisted I kept it lol amazing fire him

A small store, but sufficiently stocked with a wide array of merchandise and serviced by a team of friendly staff. However, just like everywhere else, whether or not you can find a Labubu is a function of luck.

A fun stop for designer toy lovers, but with a few minor letdowns. The shop itself is colorful, well-stocked, and full of charm, as expected from a POP MART location. However, it was a bit tricky to locate using Google Maps, which made the visit slightly frustrating at first. Also, I was disappointed to find that Labubu items weren’t available, which was one of the main reasons I stopped by. That said, if you're into blind boxes and collectible figures, it's still worth checking out if you're in the area. Just manage your expectations when it comes to availability.

Great place however I'm new and we went yesterday to buy a Labubu however my mum was told that they can only be won by raffling and now I'm confused which are Labubu's and which aren't as I ended up getting a Romantic Ring Box with a character that looked like a Labubu.

The shop in Hysan Place is super convenient to get to. The staff were helpful and the experience of picking up my reserved Sitting Pumpkin plush was smooth and easy. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area!
