大眾教室 Popular Learning (銅鑼灣) is listed under tutoring centres in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai. The address is 香港島銅鑼灣怡和街怡和街68號1樓117號舖. Below you will find what people usually look up before a visit: the exact location, contact details, opening hours and the Google rating. It is upstairs in a building, entered through the lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

Under the Education Ordinance, tutoring centres above a certain size must register with the Education Bureau as schools, and registered centres usually display their certificate. Before enrolling, ask about the tutors' qualifications, class sizes, timetable and full fees, and about refunds and make-up classes; many tutoring centres and hobby classes offer a trial lesson. Treat promises of guaranteed passes or school places with care, and get any terms in writing.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon 13:30–18:30, Tue–Wed 09:30–18:30, Thu 13:30–18:30, Fri 09:30–18:30, Sat 08:30–17:30, Sun closed. That makes 6 working days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2185 7961. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. More information is on its website, popularlearning.com.hk.

There is no Google rating yet. That is common for new and smaller businesses and says nothing about quality either way; if you visit, an honest review will help the next person choosing.

Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.
