My boys started learning Taekwondo since they were three, it was a great weekly routine and a good exercise to train up their fine motor skills, discipline and adaptability. 我哋兩個仔三歲開始喺Progressive Taekwondo學跆拳道，呢個係每週一個好好嘅運動，幫佢哋鍛鍊身體、學習紀律同適應能力嘅地方。今日見到佢哋成功考黄綠帶, 好感動! 很感謝教練悉心教導，等佢哋順利過關! 希望佢哋繼續努力同進步, 開心學習🥋

非常推薦！ 小朋友由4歲上B B班到依家8歲，田sir 同miss Jenny 會按小朋友學習情況教導，好有系統咁教，而且最重要係態度嚴謹完全唔係為咗要升級就麻木安排小朋友考帶，有良心嘅老師． 小朋友唔係運動健將，初初都全靠勤力上堂先可以訓練返大小肌肉。 而且任何疑問只要提出亦會耐心解釋，非常適合唔係淨係想考試而係真心為小朋友發展既家長。

🚫 家長請注意，慎選跆拳道館！ 教練 Ms Janny 只會與部分家長溝通，其他家長幾乎拿不到孩子的學習進度回饋。升級考試完全黑箱操作，只讓部分學生參加，其餘學生不是被敷衍「還沒到時候」，就是沒有任何具體建議。說法經常前後不一致，責任常被推給家長或其他學生，感覺重點在收費和補課，而非孩子的成長。⚠️ 家長們請務必避開這裡，不要再掉進這個坑！ 如果我是為了考帶的家長就不會等了差不多一年也沒有催促要考帶！

Great place to learn and grow taekwondo. The training is thorough and well-structured, with a focus on helping everyone improve step by step. The classes are challenging and disciplined. The Master is very understanding and always considers each individual's physical condition. He is also incredibly dedicated, often going out of his way to offer extra support and guidance when needed. What’s also wonderful is that the classes are accessible to both English and Cantonese speakers, making it easy for everyone to join and feel at home. It’s a serious and hardworking environment, with the support and care provided making it an excellent place. Highly recommended for those looking for a committed and professional taekwondo experience.
