店員態度不友善，之前已經試過打電話俾我嗰陣態度已經唔友善，我已經冇去投訴！今次喺店舖態度一樣唔好，自己唔清楚品牌名稱，仲質疑顧客，取笑客人，（但馬高原）呢個日本品牌我相信好多人都會知道！自己鋪頭賣乜產品都唔知，唔清楚可以去Google，而唔係用呢種服務態度去對待客人！

（有幫襯開Q Pet）平時經過都會買一買，但今次唔小心簡到臨期貨，職員態度非常惡劣, 賣臨期貨品，即場發現都不退換貨職員態度極差（ 2026年3月1即到期）不會再幫襯任意一間Q Pet. Near-Expiry Food for Dog, this shop selling nearly expired food , the lady said no refund even though i found out immediately after paid. rude customer service, very rude attitude wont visit again
