Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

Stumbled upon this shop on our first day in Hong Kong. Make sure you have some cash with you, though they do accept a few types of online payment like Alipay HK. We got the set menu for two, and it was a great introduction to the local food. We had the roasted goose and pork for our proteins, along with some steamed veggies. I'd recommend sticking to regular soft drinks here; we ordered the iced lemon tea and it wasn’t the best.

I decided to try this place due to the high number of ok reviews; if you are a foodie tourist this place was average only, can skip it. I recommend Lung Kee at Central instead, food was really amazing and friendly waitress. At Kison, our party of 4 ordered a combination roasted goose & char siew platter (HKD168) & a bowl of rice; we skipped the roast pork as the table next to us ordered it and it did not look appetising. The goose was nice & char siew was ok, all decently good but not amazing. Aside from this we also ordered a soup of the day, vegetable and mala shredded chicken, these 3 dishes were also ok, total bill was HKD243. The waitress taking our order made a noise but did not mention that we needed to order more (we would have added dishes if she had told us then). Another waitress served the dishes and got angry at us when we requested for 3 empty bowls to eat our food from, she was upset that we were sharing 1 bowl of rice. The aircon was also spoilt on that day, they didn’t inform us about this before we ordered, but perhaps that was why there were about 3 empty 4 seaters at around 7.30pm.

It's the first time trying roast goose at a franchise restaurant, unlike in the well-known roast goose-specific restaurant in the central. Surprisingly, the taste exceeded my expectations and I enjoyed every dish. The delicious flavors, coupled with cheaper prices and a relaxed atmosphere, completely changed my view. I might choose to come here next time instead of the popular restaurant with long lines, limited seating, and higher prices.

This restaurant is located right by the roadside, so it’s very easy to find. The interior is spacious with plenty of seating, making it comfortable for dining. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. They have all the classics like crispy pork, BBQ pork, and roasted duck. There is also an English menu available, which is helpful, although it would be even better if there were more photos to make it easier to visualize the dishes. The taste is excellent—tender, flavorful, and literally melts in your mouth. Definitely worth trying. Overall, this is a great place with tasty food. Highly recommended!

One of recommended place to eat roast goose , I visit there to start my Hong Kong holiday. The taste are nice, however the service is really poor. The aunties rushing on order and asking rudely somemore is 2.30pm not much people. Rush for what ?? after placed the order I found the drink she placed wrongly, she keep telling me go counter to tell them. One more thing if you decide to open the shop at tourist spot, better work on your service.
