Bad service and full off lie staff don’t buy any gold in this shop if u don’t want to lose your money the price and the weight is totally different not comeback anymore

I believed in Chinese there is a saying "狗眼看人低“. Before entering the shop, the lowly salesperson will judge you by looking at you from top to bottom, and decides if he wants to serve you. When you said you're looking for gold necklace around 50g, they will bring you to the 5-10g area, assuming that you're poorer than them and couldn't afford it. Disgusting sales attitude, typical of the old Hongkong. Puny servants judging customers. If I could give them a zero, I would gladly do so.

Don't buy ring here , they give you different size so when you go back to change they ask you 1300 hkd to change it

Where to start ! First of all I bought a very expensive pearl necklace and have it to be repaired. When I came to pick it up few days after, the whole necklace is different. Cheaper quality and with lighter weight ! I clearly mentioned this to the guy at the reception he refused to admit ! I showed pictures of the real and original one and how different he keeps refusing to listen! Involving police as this is a clear scam and dishonest business

Dishonest sale person - they are not transparent with the decision making and the purchase process. Go to better jewellers, the one next to it Wing On) is much better. My fiancée got my engagement ring here and they did not explain a lot of the details to him, including the colour choices for rose gold (there are 3 shades). It was only when I took the ring to ask for the change of size they mentioned and we were told it can only be plated on which will be worn out over time. They were suggesting we have to get a new setting with the shade that we want. We asked to get the ring resized and was given a contradicting response of whether they have actually started on the process. All in all, it was a horrible experience I would strongly advise NOT to go to this shop unless you are absolutely sure of the product that you are buying and do not need any opinion.
