看見「唐人坊咖啡餐廳」，還以為人在海外。不過周圍都係清仔，又有熟識的溫馨。 現在這店，叫清仔冰室。 觀工上樓茶記，難得新淨好坐，即使放滿一叮物事，挨在硬板卡位，一樣寫意。 老闆係飲食業老行家，擅長泰菜燒味，據說煮一丁都有秘技，所以得日本日清青睞。 都係即食麪啫！ 無錯，就係自細食到大的即食麪，也非老闆岀手，是水吧姐姐跟足指引烹調。不會是滾水泡麪，也沒有預先浸燙，正正常常接單就煮。所以麪條有彈性，湯汁有味道。 大佬，即食麪、味精湯啫！ 係，但誠意、味道，遠勝近代茶記，而且轉一丁無需加錢，你會食得好順氣🍝😄
